Part 1 explains that enlightenment is something we allow rather than achieve, and that it is more available to humanity than at any other time in the earth’s history. Spiritual maturity is learning to trust in our inherent magnificence more than the modern world’s distractions. When we do, enlightenment begins to reveal itself.

Part 2 offers a simple practice for becoming aware of the patterns and habits that limit the unfolding of enlightenment in our lives.
